FAQ

Will the replies sound like me?

Yes. Tell us how you talk to customers and how you sign off, and we'll match it.

Do you write fake reviews or hide bad ones?

Never. The ACCC says businesses must not post fake or misleading reviews, and that leaving out or hiding genuine negative reviews can be as misleading as fake ones. We only reply to real reviews, we never write reviews, and we never filter, hide or try to remove genuine ones.

Will you argue with a bad review?

Never. We stay calm, say sorry where it fits, and invite the customer to contact you directly.

Do I need to get on a call?

No. Everything happens by email. Cancel anytime from the link in your welcome email, or just reply "cancel" and we'll do it.
