FAQ

Will replies match our venue's style?

Yes. Casual café or fine dining, we match your tone and sign-off.

Do you write fake reviews or hide bad ones?

Never. The ACCC says businesses must not post fake or misleading reviews, and that leaving out or hiding genuine negative reviews can be as misleading as fake ones. We only reply to real reviews, we never write reviews, and we never filter, hide or try to remove genuine ones.

How do you handle complaints about food or service?

Calmly and kindly. We never argue or blame the guest, and we invite them to contact you directly. You choose which replies you approve first: every reply, just the 1–3★ ones (our default), or none.

Do we need to get on a call?

No. Everything happens by email. Cancel anytime from the link in your welcome email, or just reply "cancel" and we'll do it.
